The common theme throughout my work is the social system and its effects on the work and performance of individuals and organizations. From an early interest in decision making processes to the social identities of individuals; from the social influences on training to the socialization of individuals into the workforce the common theme centers on the social system as a core element and arbiter of work and life experiences. My current and future work continues this theme in the development of professionals and the place of the professions in our society. Any comments or suggestions will be appreciated.
